Salmon Fishcakes

Fry chopped onion and garlic.
In a big bowl, beat smooth 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of mayo.
Massage to combine into the mixture:
2 lbs of chopped or mushed up fish
The cooled  onion and garlic from the frying pan
2 cups of chopped parsley
2 tablespoons of chopped dill
Adjust texture with panko or breadcrumbs
Drop spoonfuls into a clean oiled pan
Fry like hell!! Make it brown brown brown

Navartan Korma

Chop six cups of hard vegetables, boil/drain appropriately and set aside.
In a pot, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
Fry up 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, and 2 chopped onions til soft.
Then add 4 cloves of chopped garlic
2 inches of grated ginger
1 chopped jalepeno
Equivalent of 2 stewed tomatoes (canned/otherwise)
1 teaspoon each of salt, coriander power, paprika.
1/2 teaspoon each of chili powder, tumeric, garam masala.
1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder.
Dump in 1/2 cup of cashews and cook it all for 10 mins.
Cool it. Blend it. Add the vegetables and garnish with cilantro

Primal Fudge

Blend all ingredients:
1/2 cup of coconut oil
1/2 cup of high quality cocoa powder
1/2 cup of almond butter
1/4 cup of honey
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
Pour into a clean chocolates tin, chill for 30 minutes
Remove and store
