Easy, delicious, hearty, and filling! Not even slightly vegetarian, this recipe is best if you can get a beef roast that hasn’t traveled thousands of miles. It’ll be more delicious!
In a slow cooker:
-a pack of onion soup mix (on the bottom)
-a beef roast
-a can of whole cranberry sauce (pour over the roast)
Cook on low for 8 hours.
When you get home from work, steam some green beans or asparagus.
Remove roast, and wisk in a couple teaspoons of melted butter and flour to thicken the gravy. Oh man.
